Make a scrapbook

I have the second scrap book meet up on Sunday. And I have been working on the photo book for citizensCREATE! That isn’t by own personal scrap book but at least I am using my tools.

We met this past Saturday, actually there were only two of us. Carla is very nice and reminds me of my friend Shelley. I think we are going to try and have a few more “neutral” meet ups in public places before trying to do something at her house. I have been looking at web sites and trying to get ideas for my albums. I guess I really just need to start.

I joined a scrap book Meet Up and our first meeting is this Saturday. I am excited and a little nervous. Meeting new people is sometimes hard but I think it will be fun.

I signed up for a scrap book meet up in my town. I have been emailing one lady for a few days. I guess I will attend the next meet up and see what happens. It will be kind of interesting to meet some new people who have no connections to other parts of my life.

My husband went to the scrap book store with me and bought me the binder to start my scrap book. He really is a good guy (he actually went into the scrap book store) and wants me to enjoy a new hobby. I am pretty dang lucky.

I am going to be on vacation next week. I am broke but I may spend some of my paltry vacation money on a new srapbook and spend time working on creating pages.
