Evolve Your Brain: The Science of Changing Your Mind by Joe Dispenza

This book offers so much information of who we are and who we can be, if we are willing. The possibilities based on facts and these facts are described in this book. Kind of remind me what Jesus taught 2 thousand years ago, however this is all science and it was back then also, but it was taught in a different way, the way people back then would hopefully understand.

Highly recommend this book to anyone who is looking to change their life! This book in my opinion deserves not 5 but 6 stars!
