I’ve been doing really well with this due to all of the climbing (some outdoors and very exposed!) and summiting peaks and things like that- I was summiting a 13,800-ish ft peak, and there was a razor edge on one side, hundreds and hundreds of feet straight down, a sheer drop-off, and I was RIGHT on the edge, looking out to the other peaks, etc. My dad got scared for me and had to yell at me to come back to the safer side!! I also went to the Royal Gorge a few days ago in Canon City, it was 1,055 ft where we were- I walked across the bridge, too!- the highest suspension bridge over water in the world! It was sooooooooo insanely high up, and it was pretty far across the gorge, so I was pretty scared, but rightly so, and it was exciting scary, not I-want-to-go-home-and-cry-in-a-corner-in-the-fetal-position kind of scary.
- the picture is looking out from the bridge, about 1,055 ft. above the water… the bright blue rafts in the bottom left are so tiny, you can’t see them.
