I’m back up to about twice a week, which is good for now. Got an extra burst of inspiration from an old friend who is now teaching Ashtanga in florida. Got a private class on the beach, more practice with him, and went to his class. Then at the conference I met a few ladies who ditched out of the last session early to go practice in the gym. We had fun.



finally, my personal practise is returning 3 years ago

yesterday I got my dvd out and did the 20 min rodney yee session I used to do just about every day I didn’t have a class or do some longer yoga session or workout. made me feel great, a little sore today but I think i can start doing this again!
