I´m doing this! When I have ten minutes to spare, or want a rest from what i´m doing, I log into http://www.typing-lessons.org/ and do the exercises. I´m using what I´m learning right now!!!!
tip:
write on your palm or organizer a daily reminder to dedicate 10 minutes. Then do it only if you want or have time. It will happen that at least 3 times a week you´ll want to do it.
