Top 10 ways to reduce stress 7 months ago

I know there are more but if I could implement these 10 things, I feel I have a much better time at dealing with stress.

In no particular order:

  • Review and Prioritize Daily List
  • Manage Time
  • Meditate Daily (15 min)
  • Listen to Music
  • Excercise
  • Good Nutrition
  • Laughter
  • Read for Self-Improvement
  • Quality Time with Family/Friends
  • Practice Self-Hypnotism and/or Positive Affirmations

Any or all of these will help reduce stress but a combination will really help. It takes the average person under 30 days to get into any habit, good or bad.

I am giving myself a goal of two weeks to practice at least 8 daily. By mid June, I will be using all 10 without even thinking about it.
