I was in the Army and when I maxed my physical training test, I only needed to do 88 push-ups in two minutes.
I do not have a set time frame for this goal but I would like to perform 100 push-ups without getting up.
My plan is to start with five sets of 20 throughout the day. After a week, my goal is to do 4 sets of 25 a day.
The next week, I hope to do close to 2 sets.
The major challenge is no longer my back. It is my wrist pain. That is why I started with pull-ups. But with a future goal of 25 pull-ups, I must build up.
