Must it be a galleon?

I’m not sure this is a galleon. In fact, I know that it is a three-masted frigate. But, I’ve been spending an obscene amount of time in Boston lately and it occurred to me… this might work! Of course, the USS Constitution is rather heavily guarded, because it is still technically part of the Navy’s fleet, but what ho! A year or two in jail (in the brig) would be a fine price to pay for such a lark. An adventure on the high seas, tom foolery and hijinks! Oh my.
