but today I did the Race for Life. I walked the course with a friend and my mum and now have a big blister on my heel! So not quite a workout, but getting up on a Sunday morning (having got in at 3am from dancing the night away with more than a few ciders) to go and walk 5km was quite an achievement! I have done the Race for Life a few times now and have always walked it, one day I will run it.
