I have made salsa in the past month, and have eaten more salad than I’m used to. At least two salads a week. For a vegetarian, you’d think I’d be all about the salad, but in truth, I eat burritos disproportionately, enjoy breakfast foods especially omelettes, and otherwise eat rather carb-laden foods. Bad me.
But the salads are a good trend! If I can get back to eating more tofu, I’m golden.
