The look 12 months ago

is very important. i don’t agree with people saying that the surface doesn’t count. If it is so, how come i feel so good when i am well dressed, i have a nice haircut and i smell beautiful? I like the impact of a nice look on people i meet.

i gave away all the clothes i haven’t worn for a year as an attempt to get rid of the useless things in my life. This helps me to focus better on important things.

I did my tae bo workout
ate healthy food
took time to see the beautiful things around me
‘ve been more patient with people
enjoyed autumn (my favorite time of the year)
-and now the bad things:
I’ve been stressed out and very difficult cu live to (moody, unfair, bitchy, spoiled …etc.)

I run 4 days a week.

I eat healthier
I drink more water
I started taking vitamins



Altough I hate running, 13 months ago

Today I ran better than yesterday and from now on I will run three times a week.

1. I communicate better with my boss.
2. I feel good about myself (maybe too good sometimes).
3. I stand up for what I believe in.

2.I noticed that I am not so well organized as i thought I was.
