went for a jog today. was good. not necessarily doing the couch to 5k plan anymore. just jogging at my own pace for my own length of time and stopping when i need to for a mini break before starting again. i prefer it this way, unstructured.
i still give it all i got, but it is hard work. i think i have a love/hate relationship with jogging lol. but hey ho, needs must. and i must transform my body! end of story!
