buy a car

dad i would buy his citroen saxo car from him. its a small car and good for a first time crappy driver like myself. however i have driven it before a number of times, and i dont like driving it. but i figuere it will be a good first time car for me. and i dont like driving it cos i find the pedals a bit small and its got no power steering and stuff like that. plus i did alot of my driving at night, and i dont like driving at night in general so could be a bit of that. but i guess its best to get the hang of driving in a car thats not easy to drive cos it makes u a better driver.

my dad is thinking of buying another better car for himself, so i said i will buy it from him. so yeah waiting to see what happens with that. hes got his eye on some cars, and i know he would rather sell it to me than someone else as it will be a easy sale and if he needed to use the car he could still. and im sure he will give me a reasonable price. so will wait and see with this.

but it kinda jsut makes sense. so thats sort of the plan.

to do this soon. theres no reason why i cant start looking now already. the sooner i start the sooner i have a car… the sooner i can get on with driving.

decided to save for this slowly… as i am not in a rush to buy a car… and i dont want to withdraw a huge amount of money from my savings for something i have managed perfectly fine with out for years (not to mention, i dont actually like driving).

but the plan is… i think i am prepared to spend between £1000 and £1500 on a second hand car.

so i already pay my rent with my cash tips… so i have now decided that after rent is payed each month… any cash tips that are left over will be kept aside and going into my car fund :)...

im not sure how long it will take me to save that amount of money… and of course if i need to pay for everyday things i will always use my cash tips first over withdrawing money frm the bank…

so we shall just see how this goes really… but this is the new plan

how much i am prepared to spend, what kind of car, and what i want in that car….

lets see if i can actually get my wish list… but only if its affordable… im a first time driver… so its def gonna be second hand and small… and im not gonna be silly… i dont want to spend alot of money, but i want something decent that i will feel comfortable driving in… we shall see what i come up with…
