My spouse gave me a beautiful guitar and some chord books for Christmas. The guitar is propped against the wall right by the bed. I see it all the time and yet the few times I’ve messed around with it… things haven’t gone that well. I’m finding it difficult. Other instruments were not hard for me… but the guitar makes me feel like I have stubby stumps for hands and steel sticks for fingers. I can’t get my mind around why I can’t seem to get anywhere with this guitar learnin’... I will try to find a good teacher and I will learn.
