To my best calculations, I did over 9,000 ft of out of the saddle climbing over the past 4 days. My body analyzer reports my body fat at 5.4%.
It hurts to move!
My wife and I are both working on our abs, and she is looking Sooooo Hot! This morning she slipped her flat sculpted belly into an outfit from our college days (like 20+ years and a baby ago).
My abs a progressing, more definition and solid. I broke the 5% body fat barrier this past week and I have been doing lots of long out-of-the-saddle climbs on my bike. So far so good.
I may need to take my wife to the nude beach over Christmas break, just to show her off :)
A zero fat diet and 500 crunches per day, I don’t think so! I found that the best way to define my abs is to do LONG out-of-the-saddle climbs on my bicycle. I mean long climbs, 2 to 4 steep miles, standing the whole climb. The steeper the climb, the better.
