I fell a little bit off the fruits and veggies wagon, though I did have asparagus, collards, sweet potatoes, corn, watermelon, and blueberries all in the past few days. But I’ve worked out almost every day for the past week and a half.

Very light workout—only ten minutes on the treadmill, some chest, shoulders, and lats work, and some therapy exercises for my back. I also walked to and from the most distant gym branch (3 1/2 miles total).
Ran 3 miles today, ran errands for at least two hours besides that. Also did a light chest workout and therapeutic back exercises.
Only had time to run a mile and a quarter—the threat of thunderstorms hovered over the whole day, and the gym closed at 10. But at least I got that in.
I had a very light workout today, but it’s okay because it was coupled with a swim lesson. I also did a ton of walking because that branch of the gym is almost 2 miles from me, and I forgot my swim trunks and had to double back for them.
