OK managed to do yoga every day for a month and now I have no goal I’ve almost stopped :( Need to re-focus and make it a part of my daily ritual

Managed to do this every day for over 3 weeks and feeling good about it. Now I’m back home I have been able to settle into a routine of doing a morning practice before breakfast which is great, only I havn’t been able to do much yoga nidra or breathing. I continued doing Pt 2 for a week or so, but have now started doing less structured practices using the asanas I feel most appropriate and including asanas we have done in class. May switch back to more structure, but it’s probably just because I am becoming more comfortable with the practice.
One thing I did do early on was try too many round of some of the more difficualt asanas which meant I re-injured my abdomen. Its a lot better now and for many I just practice 3-5 rather than 10. I’ve also added a forward bend which when I am more comforatble with, I’d like to do a few Sun Salutations. I do a lot of running so my hamstrings are very tight so forward bends are difficult at the best of times, but very difficult first thing in the morning.
Anyway going well!
Ok actually started on the 31st of August and wasn’t sure how I was going to get on as I was away with work for the first week in September living out of a hotel. I started doing a series of asanas I had done previously in class, but wasn’t sure if I had remembered them all in the right order so the second day i decided to concentrate on the Pawanmuktasana series as I had a print out of each one. I did part one every day up until Saturday (10 Days) and really felt a benefit in my legs. The session lasts about 35 minutes and some days I used a 25 minute Yoga Nidra tape as well.
I am quite pleased so far as wednesday was the only day I nearly didn’t do it as we went out for a drink and meal after work. However I waited and did it at 11:30. Not ideal, but I was still pleased.
Saturday I did part one and part two and I’ll continue for the next week just doing part two. I have managed to injure my back (nothing serious) so this should help.
I think it is working so far as I made it something I had to do each day + I have a the printout I can use.
Ok, I’ve been doing yoga for 9 months. I attend classes every week, but otherwise my practice is a bit poor. So every day in September I am going to practice which will hopefully turn into a daily practice. Boy do I need it :)
