Saw a second hand breadmaker and I bought it.
Been baking my own bread for over 3 weeks now and its great.
Got one with a nut dispenser so I can add nuts :)

and whilst in the super market saw some breadmaking flour which also had a recipe for sundried tomato and olive rolls on the side so I bought the bag and some yeast as well.
When I got home I stuck it all in the food processor – flour, salt, yeast and then added 300ml warm water until it formed a dough. Don;t think my machine is powerfull enough, but it worked ok and i spent a couple of minutes kneading it afterwards. Didn’t have any tomatoes, but did add some chopped black olives and worked it in, before splitting it into 10 balls and leaving them to raise for about 30 mins. Then put them in the oven for 25 mins.
Didn’t raise as much as I would have liked but tasted good with cheese and pickle.
Next time I’ll pay more attention to proving the dough, but it was all so easy. Just got to eat a load of olive rolls before they go stale :)
