Do Crunches

I was inspired by saar. If she can do 200+ I should be able to do at least 20! So far, I haven’t done one single crunch. I realize it does not take much time to do a few crunches. I just need to get my butt on the floor and do them. Just taking the time to go lay on the floor… that’s what I’m having a hard time with. My goal is to get started this week – sometime before next Thursday – and then keep doing them every day.

Goal: at least 20 crunches a day for the next 30 days

Start Date: Today, August 27th

Edit: Didn’t do them yesterday or today.

New start date: Tomorrow August, 31st

My Goal: 30 minutes for 30 days

Progress: 10 days down, 20 more to go

And today I didn’t even wait 10 pm to do it!



A whole week done!

After tonight that is… tonight is slow going.



30 minutes for 30 days

The 30 day thing is working pretty good for me where water is concerned so I thought I would give it a try here too. So for the next 30 days I will exercise for 30 minutes. The plan is to walk on the treadmill but it can be any type of exercise.

Starting date: Yesterday – August 17, 2006

We got a break from the heat today. I hope it stays this way now for the rest of the season. I walked on my treadmill for an hour today (3.5)!



Not doing well.

It’s been too HOT HOT HOT.

Should I go swimming tomorrow?
Should I tread tomorrow?
Will I do anything tomorrow in this heat?
