I went back to Oklahoma and while I was in mom’s bathroom I saw the dreaded scale (I don’t have one at home). I got on it and was soo excited, cuz I lost 20lbs!! Yea tee heee yeaH!!! thanx Jenna.
I think the main thing besides just MOVING. was when I took notice of things with high fructose corn syrup and partially hydrogenated oils. I realized those ingredients make me Very bloated. So watch the bad stuff yall. I was amazed to find the corn syrup in my Wheat Bread.

My second session with my trainer nearly killed me today. It was the light running. Dear lord, help me-I think cardio is going to kill me. Other than that I can handle the weights and stair stepping jus fine. I feel better than I did a few weeks ago.:-) Thanx for the trainer twink (aphotog). And thanx for all those words of encouragement from ya’ll.
This isn’t working to well. I’ve been sweating in the gym like there’s no tomorrow. Doing the treadmill and on various heights from 3.0 to 5.0 for 1 to 3 miles 4-5 days a week- nothing, I added the reclined bike- nothing, I tried the elliptical trainer-nothing, not to mention that I’ve been doing free weights throughout from 3-20lbs- nothing. I think I may give up cuz I looked at my measurements compared to last year and they are the same. I may be more toned, but thats not what I was seeking. I went shopping with my sis yesterday and I actually had to go up a size. Yea this sux hard. :-(
