after having the equipment and cookbooks for well over a year, i finally just got over being nervous about making crappy sushi and did it. it was easier than i thought and tasty too. i can’t wait to try again and perfect my skills!

for my birthday this year i received some sushi making tools and an awesome sushi cookbook! i have a bit of trepedation about trying, but am trying to psyche myself up to do it. i just don’t want to make gross sushi!
i just need to figure out a simple one to try, buy the ingredients and actually do IT!
