so ive been lifting weights on and off for like 5-6 years, with really nothing much to show for it. infact if you seen my body you would think ive never worked out in my life… erm ok maybe a bit, but nothing special. anyways i bought a home gym like 2 months ago, and things are going ok, ive been working out consistantly, but my diest is kinda screwed, not enough protein. my workout is pretty damn awesome – in my opinion the best one available. its called the allpros beginner workout http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=4195843
ive put on a few pounds during this workout plan, honestly its the best one out their./
my goal is to get to 150 pounds. im 122 pounds right now, 5’5 tall. im a short guy so i need to put on some weight.
