pay off my credit card.

I wrote a check the other day for $785.00 and paid it off. God is so good to me… I felt like a lead weight was removed from my neck.

I received my bill the other day and it was below 1000.00 – actually 979.00 – how awesome is that!

I have continued to pay off my card consistently and even though Shelby borrowed the money she has paid back my credit card already and I have made out the check and I’m sending the payment tomorrow.

exorbitant payments on my cards. I have 2. I have gotten the one down so low and then my daughter needed to borrow it to buy her Mac and ….. She promised that she is paying me back right away (she has nearly all the $$ herself already) so that I don’t keep any more $$ on it. If not I will be so DEPRESSED to see that balance back up there.

So, I did really good and then Christmas came. I did well not using my credit cards except for Shelby’s phone and a couple of things but that is the only way John shops because he only has a $20 bill that he gets every week… BUT fabulously enough I had saved up $1000.00 and then was given $400.00 for my schooling so I immediately sent all of it to the creditors and I am back to just having $1400.00 on my card. Hallelujah!!!

I hate the fact that I let myself get trapped in credit. I have saved $3000.00 and I last week sent it in to the credit card company… I only have $1200. 00 to go.
