realized I haven’t been on here for quite some time…. completed P90X just last Saturday. spent 3 months – 6 days a week doing hardcore workouts. I feel the best I’ve EVER felt. Going to let my body heal and then jump right back in again -

Started to log my food and track things on Livestrong.com with the daily plate. Keeps me more in tune with things… I recommend it to anyone.
I have looked at this as a life change instead of a diet. I think that is one of the only reasons that I’ve done okay with it. I would have loved to lose faster but I guess even just toning up is really good. I feel much better about myself.
happy to see that between Thanksgiving and New Years I only gained one pound. That is much better than I would have done other years. Continuing to work out and just be aware of myself helped.
been losing… and exercising – slowly and surely I will lose the weight and get in fighting form.
like coming home from vacation and looking at yourself in a swimsuit – my motivation is in high gear!!!
and I have lost about 30 pounds so far. I have a pedometer on my phone and I average about 3 miles a day walking but on the days when I mow my lawn and walk for 3 hours – I have about 7-9 miles. I have also been watching what I eat too. The weight HOWEVER does not come off quite as easily as it used to. People are honest when they say once you get older it gets harder.
I still go the YMCA and work out and I am eating better. I don’t know when it will ever start to show up that I’m doing this… but I sure can’t stop.
working out at the Y thing nearly every day of the week and have for about 2 and 1/2 months. I am getting kind of bummed – I thought that I would lose more weight than I have. I think God is speaking to me on my truthfulness…..
All I used to say is, “it’s not really about the weight as much as I just want to feel better.” LIAR!!!!!
It really is about the weight…I feel better and its obvious that it’s not enough.
losing much weight… YET. but I am exercising everyday and watching what I eat and eating much healthier. I already (in about 1 and 1/2 months) feel much better than I did.
