During the (admittedly brief) period that I actually did Yoga daily I slept better, had more energy, had less aches, and generally felt more upbeat.
I’ve been wanting to get back into doing yoga regularly. Now that I have the space there really aren’t any more excuses!
I found one of my yoga DVDs—Conditioning for Weight Loss. I think I bought it on sale at Gaiam.com. I know I have more around here somewhere, but this is a good start. If I remember correctly it’s pretty gentle; good for an out-of-shape re-beginner like me.
I also want to find other resources. What else is out there? I need visuals, so I don’t want a book or a website that I have to read. DVDs and online videos would be best.
