so far this year, i’ve lost ten pounds.
my sis and i joined a wellness program at work and i’m really impressed at how well i’m doing so far and how easy it is to stick to my guidelines i’ve set for myself. i’m not calling it a diet, because i’m making permanent changes. i’ve stopped eating fast food, i’ve stopped drinking sprite (except on fridays), i’ve stopped eating dinner late late in the evening right before i go to bed. i’ve started cooking more healthy food for myself. my next weigh in is next monday.. i’m excited to check on my progress. more later.
