This Week!!! I have to go 8 times before the end of the month otherwise my membership expires….only 8 days left in the month!
It’s been quite a while. With the heat we’ve been having, just couldn’t get myself to go. I mean, just walking around the house you break out in cold sweat. But starting to cool down now, so have to get back to this goal!
Trying to get round to this. Going ‘bout once a week now, but would like to make it at least three times a week. Problem is that some days I’m just waayyyyy too tired to even contemplate, and other days there is just not time (due to other arrangements)...
Had a good chest session last week Thursday. Still feeling it a bit. However, did not go to gym nearly enough last week. Must catch up this week! Don’t think it should be a problem though, as I look forward to going, plus I’ve got a good buddy who grabs me by the hair and pulls me to gym when I get lazy!
Went twice in two days…not bad…can feel it on my muscles though. Must say…there is nothing quite as fulfilling as having aching muscles from exercise….and no…I’m not a masochist…it’s just the feeling that you’ve really done something and not wasted your time…
