Well, the plans have been approved and everything is on schedule. Starting the foundations this week!

The architect is almost finished with the first draft of the plans. I should be getting these tomorrow, and if I’m happy with them, they could be the final plans, ready for submission. If not, then the architect needs to make some minor changes…
The Start

Well, already got a plot in mind. Meeting with the contractors tonight to discuss the building plans and the budget (urgh…hate that word!)
A budget is like a deadline…no-one can ever stick to it. It’s a theoretical concept thought out by some guy with more degrees next to his name than hair on is head and the theory has never been proven….
Anyway, can’t wait now…I want to move in tomorrow!! Why do the good things always take so long??
