I have days when I feel completely exhausted,although I haven’t done much.It’s maybe because when I feel anxious or nervous about somethimg it costs me a lot of energy.Also I often feel bored.I wanna change this.I wanna be full of energy daytime and completely relaxed at night.I suppose changing my habits and daily routine are the first steps.I’ll start eating healthy,try to learn some ways to relax myself when nessecary,and also get excited about my life-this should remove boredom.
