I had a really horrific and realistic dream that really shocked me and it affected me the whole day. Hopefully this quite intense experience will encourage me to get back into keeping some notes of my dreams.

Well, I was really great at keeping track of my dreams on my holidays but since then with work and university taking up a lot of my time, there just isn’t enough time to take the five minutes to sit and recall and write down my dreams. I think I’m going to have to make an active effort to get up that extra early five minutes just to start recording my dreams more often. I usually have no trouble remembering, but of course I forget all but fragments after I get out of bed, with these fragments fading throughout the rest of the day.

Still, this goal is pretty important for me, so I’m definitely going to have to start making some time in the morning for it.
