i m very happy with my fitness regimen.I have lost weight,and toned.I m doing aggressive abs exercises to take tummy in.

My body looks supple and better toned now.
My flexibility is gone up many times…now i can comfortably do forward bending and rest my head on my knees.I am very happy about it.

very regular with my aerobic exercises at home.My meditation room is the coolest place.I love to spend my time there and do yoga n meditation.I dance too to cheer myself up.
My flexibility has incresed.I feel better toned up.

My BMR says that i have reduced 2% of fat in my body.Good naa!!!! Now i m sure my exercises and food pattern are in right directions.What I need is regularity…i will do it,but,the only thing these days are that i have lost everything i had in my life.

in my gym routine.I skip sometime but always compensate,sometime on sundays.I then just do cardio exercises.
I have lost 4 kgs on scale and lotta inches on my waist.
