Don't eat fast food

I have thought of this often – and now everytime I cave and grab something fast I feel gross and now that my kids are old enough to want it I neeeeeeeeed to stop – I am doing harm to me but it is unforgivable giving this crap to my kids. This is my first go at it and my first time ever in a website or anywhere else for that matter – going public. I’m doing it because it just may help keep me strong!
