Did three sets of 25 this morning. This goal may take a while. I am pretty sure I have given myself enough time I just need to stay focused.
58 this morning. I want to make sure I am using a full range of motion. I see a lot of guys in the gym using heavy weights but limited range of motion. I have no doubt that what they are doing is very hard but I think you will get better results with a little bit less weight and a full range of motion.
So 58 this morning but I noticed I wasn’t all the way down to the floor each time. Maybe one or two cheats.

Going to attempt 1x pr day, except after chest workout days.
I can’t believe its been seven months since I last wrote about this. Thats when I was trying to get back into shape. I’m still about the same. Time to make some serious commitments to living healthier. I make it to the gym pretty regular but I don’t eat healthy. Need to do this. Need to start knocking off some of my fitness goals too.
Did 49 my first time trying to do this. Shouldn’t take me long to get to 100. I would say a month tops.
