Eat less, exercise more 1 year ago

Ate less. Walked 2 miles a day. It worked. Took about 9 months. The trick was not to over do it. It you push yourself too hard, it will be difficult to keep going.

2 miles for me was about 30-45 minutes, and included several hills. I did maintain what felt like a brisk pace.
