joining a new gym today

its the real deal too..got all the good stuff i like…tons of free weights(literally) and Hammer strength machines..lots of cardio equipment(no lines!) and some heavy bags..and the guy said he would let me pay half now and the rest in a few weeks so thats cool! =D time to get sore again!

monday...leg day

did a mile on the treadmill to warm up..my back almost didnt hurt..much.
had a good workout…only came close to passing out once..overall im happy. =)

workout # 2 finished

sore as hell from my workout the other day…my brain remembers how much weight i used to lift but my not-as-young-as-it-used-to-be body has a bad memory…a couple more weeks of this breaking in period and i think ill go back to keeping a workout journal again
