So, a couple of months ago I was going to be my store managers assistant. I pretty much did his job, and mine. But, they were actually going to give me a different office and less of my own work to do so that i could really focus on helping him out. Well guess what? He gets FIRED and I get left in the freakin dust!!! That was supposed to be my foot in the door so that the reginal manager could see what I really had. Now that he is gone they had to get someone who had more experience.
man I really wanted it!!! If only this had come a few months later ;/
Oh-Well…The reginal knows thats what I am capable eventually, he just couldnt do it at this exact time.
So my goal is to be in management by the end of this year…whether at the location I am in now or another one…I would even like to be assistant manager.
