Enjoy being single

I am preparing to pamper myself with singlehood and all that jazz. I am getting ready to do it big by myself. I am going to do this. I am not going to focus on the loneliness but the aloneness of this thing. I am going to convince myself to do this thing and do this thing and do this thing and then do it.

being single but I also love having a crush. And I have a crush on this one cat. He is so cool and I doubt it will work out but it is nice to have a crush. I love men and no offense to anyone, but I truly adore black men. And he kind of resembles a velvet teddy bear and it’s great.

Oh back subject, I love being able to braid my hair down and go to sleep. Not having to call anyone and check in. I would like to date someone though. You know, go to the park or the movies on Saturdays. But I am learning patience and responsibility so dating will come when it is time.

Okay so how do I celebrate this? Take myself on dates? Send myself flowers? Hmm, it seems that the possibilities are endless. Yay!
