Nice to see the two of you still holding on with me. Exercising is a lot harder with an 18 hr class schedule. Between studying, Church, and the little bit of working I do, this is nearly impossible. I know that’s an excuse but I’m serious. I can’t find the time to go for a walk. I am trying to eat even healthier to make up for all the exercising I’m not doing. I’ve got to get on the ball. I had a goal to lose 60 pounds by January. That’s not going to happen now but I can attempt to chip away at it.
can I count walking up these Tallahassee hills to class? and walking up to the fourth floor of my classroom building? I think those count. I know that I’m being lazy. Exercising with 6 classes is hard. I know that I can make the time but…
Does anyone else have a problem with exercising in the house by yourself? I can’t get into that. It just seems so silly… Or maybe it’s because my roommate looks at me like I’m silly? Well, whatever the reason, I just can’t get into it.
So rain ruined a perfectly good swimming day.
Exercise without eating first. I did that today and almost died. I felt dizzy, my head was throbbing, and I couldn’t think straight. I will never do that again.
i take a nice walk. yesterday, i walked to the store. it was about a 40 minute walk but it felt nice. there was a time when i wouldn’t be willing to walk anywhere. now, i walk to the gym, school, church, the store. see, i count it all as exercise and that makes me more willing to do it. i don’t know about everyone else, but knowing that i have a destination makes it a little easier to get out and walk somewhere.
i am doing great. i was at the gym four times this week. i went walking the other day. five times!!!! well, i burned off a whole pound. my eating has also been within my range. i start a new job on tuesday so now i have to exercise around a schedule. i can do it though. the gym opens at 8 and closes at 8 pm so i just have to do some time management. very possible, though.
as soon as i get under 200, i am going to start running. it will be my present to myself for losing about half of the weight.
maybe i will walk or do one of my videos…
whatever i choose, i have got to get away from the computer.
i am doing this slowly but surely. i went to the gym again today. i also walk to the gym for extra exercise. i feel so proud of myself when i am in there sweating and feeling the burn.
