I don’t want to walk… I never do… but I do it anyway… and I never regret it.
Today is day 30-something and I’m so very proud of myself. Tomorrow is weigh-in so I’m kind of excited. 5 pounds left until my first mini-goal is accomplished.

Today is day seven. One whole week of walking every day… 23 more days until a month.
I think that’s pretty regular right?
I’m going to walk every day for a month and see what my changes happen. Hopefully, I might even be able to start jogging and work my way up. I think I can. I really do. Actually, I know I can. Power of positive thinking. All I have to do is keep on keeping on.
