I’ve been using the Arbonne Sea Salt Scrub and it is so indulgent! I love it! Their whole line is very indulgent and I’m going to buy some more of their items when I can. Love it!



Which of these things can I feasibly do? 3 years ago

I will try to:

Make a list of the best compliments you’ve ever received.

Snap photos of picturesque places in your town.

Buy a yummy essential oil and diffuser for your bedroom. (Got it, just need to move it!)

Buy pretty postcards to put on your fridge. (Done… in my bathroom too!)

Tear out inspirational magazine or catalogue photos and make a life collage. Paste onto a posterboard what your ideal life looks like.

Get your favorite ice cream or bottle of wine in the middle of the week as a treat.

Soak your hair in a hot oil treatment.

Sign up for an introductory class in a craft that you’ve always been interested in – knitting, photography, stained glass, etc. (Done… sewing class on May 19.)

Make a pot of savory homemade soup.

Have a monthly spa night and pamper yourself with beauty treatments and magazine reading.

Have a slumber party with your three best girlfriends. Even if they are married, make them come!

Send surprise, random cards to friends. (Do this every week.)

Get up in the middle of the night and go outside to look at the stars.

Sit outside and listen to the birds.

Lay down after work with chamomile tea bags on your eyes and your favorite CD playing.

Start a gratitude journal. (Started it on Sunday!)
