Learn to rollerblade

I’ve got the blades and the pads, but have yet to really get out there and do this I guess I’m kind of a chicken in this standpoint the warm days are becoming fewer and fewer so hopefully I can try and get out and do this atleast one day this week.

I went out yesterday and bought Knee, Elbow and Wrist pads and now I’m ready to start learning I put everything on and went just on the sidewalk in front of my house and slowly skated along while holding a broom I felt a little silly, but I was using the broom for balance and besides I don’t think anyone saw me so that’s good ;)

I went to Target today and bought my first pair of Rollerblades I got some cheap ones they were $19.99 I didn’t want to spend to much starting out, but they should be good to learn on I tried them on and I rolled around my kitchen a little I didn’t fall down, but I was moving pretty slow. now I should probably get Knee and Elbow pads because I’m sure once I go outside with them I’ll fall down a lot. :)

I want to learn how to rollerblade I’ve never done it nor have I ice skated I’ve used roller skates when I was young, but it wasn’t very successful so all I need to do now is get a hold of a pair of rollerblades
