I’ve been in Argentina for a few weeks now and I have been exercising every day—no, not in the form of going to the gym, but lots of walking, dancing, etc. I feel better and I have lost weight! I love it! I really want to keep this up when I get back to the States… This has made a big difference.

I went with a friend of mine to the park today (South Run) and we walked for a long, long time. I logged in over 14,000 steps today! woo hoo!!
Also, I read a brief article by Tony Robbins about “rebounding” and how you should do it for 10-15 mins in the morning and again in the evening. So, I dug my rebounder out and started hopping! I didn’t really need to do it today, but I wanted to do it just briefly because I want to get back in the habit. I’ve GOT TO kick this whole laziness bug in the arse!
and went walking at a new park/rec center. I logged 3500 steps with only a brief walk! Woo hoo! I really hope I stick to this weight loss program. At least I’ll know how far I’ve come!
I have begun walking with a friend of mine from work on the weekend. This makes me feel very good about my goal—unfortunately, I haven’t done much for the other days of the week. I’ll keep working on this one.
