keep in touch with old friends

My friend Steven has moved back to Melbourne after 6 years overseas and is now living just around the corner. We got to celebrate his birthday and check out his new place last weekend.

Nicole came over with her dog Occhy and we went for a walk around Albert Park lake. It was really nice to spend some time with Nicole. We have not seen much of each other over the last few years and she has had a pretty rough time of things but it is good to see her but she has now moved a lot closer to me and hopefully I will see more of her.

Went to see Wagons with Anna at Marquis of Lorne.

Have organised to have dinner and catch up with my friend David tonight. I am really happy as I have not seen David since April.

Have just booked my flights to go and visit Nerissa and Trent in Perth in 2 weeks time where I will get to meet for the first time their daughter Madeline.

Had dinner with Michael when I went up to Sydney at the start of August. Also managed to catch up with him back in January when I went up to Sydney.

Spent a weekend with my friend Julie at her house in Kilmore. Good friends for many years at Uni, we have barely seen each other these last few years. Spent a night talking about love and life over a bottle of wine.
