This whole having a backyard thing is really helping me out with a lot of my goals. In addition to growing my own herbs, I’ve planted some Boston pickling cucumbers. The plants are looking ok so far, but I still have about another month and a half before I see any results. Hopefully I get enough to at least justify two jars of pickles. Then again, I only planted two plants. I have no idea how many cucumbers this will yield. I’ll be happy if it gets me enough to make a salad at this point.
