I'm still working on this but so far so good 14 months ago

and it’s not just the physical stuff, it’s the emotional stuff to and the walking, eatting salads, soy and linseed bread and drinking rice milk are all helping and the important part is that i enjoy the change!!!



As part of my improving i walked to Waipapa...... 15 months ago

It’s about 11km and took me 1hr 10min….. In the rain on a nasty road (they are doing road works) with a child in a pushchair.

I needed to get my paper in for my new glasses asap and if i didnt walk, it would have taken me about another week to get it into the store. The HUGE gratefullness of it all is that the owners of the store dropped me back in Kerikeri so i didnt have to walk.

my first step was 15 months ago

moving. I started walking more, changed my diet to a large point and i got a haircut and colour. Still working on it though.
