Learn cake decorating and baking breads and desserts

Tasted some gorgeous almond cookies and got the recipe from a famous chef. Can’t wait to try making them at home.

Made yummy scones this morning for a friend. It came out quite well and I can’t wait to make it again.

Made an apple crumble cake and it came out really well. I ordered new type of cake flour so can’t wait to try choc cupcakes.

I tried an old recipe for orange cake and it came out quite good. A bit crumbly so not sure how it would be if I decorated it. Can’t wait to try my chocolate cupcake recipe.

Thoroughly pleased with my cake design! It came out much better than I had anticipated. It was so much fun, can’t wait to try new designs.

My final lesson on the introductory cake decorating course. I’ve planned my design and now just hoping it will come out right.

Just came out of my 1st leasson. Basic skills so far, but fun to meet new people. Loved the thought of baking more stuff for the kids and with the kids.

While on holiday I learnt fruit carving and how to make an exotic dessert.

Posted the cheque for my class starting in a month. Can’t wait!!
