well…..i did end up with gud result a yr bckk….but thn..i lost my track. got bz with wrk. n for the last few days i hve i wass feeeling so heavy…which i thot of as a sign of my period date…cuz i do gain weight during tht time. but thn i decided to weigh myself n bammmmmmmm!!!!! i weigh 75 kilos now….which is reaalllly reallly bad. i neeed to shed 10 kilos atlist. thts the target setted for the next two months. later i will abt more xtra weights…...i jusssss hve to do it….i wish i wake up sum day i c myself with the perfect body..so tht i can dresss myself beatifullly….n wooo my man like never before…!!!!

i lost 5 kiloss…a week bck i think…n i had celbrated to much..tht i hve gained bck 2 kilos.damnnnnn!!!!!
aft losing 2 kiloss…things din work smottly for me. i was n’t losing weight thn….i started to do some exercises everyday…anytime possible…..n wow!!!! i lost 3 kilosss….widin a span of 2 weeks…which totals to 5 kilos. i’m 71kg now. in a month…i hve lost 5 kilos…not baddd, huh???while starting out this losign weight program i had rough plan of losing 8 kilos in two months.it sounded a lot….but i hve already lostt 5 kiloss….n i hope to lose moree n moree….n come to nice shapeee.no hurriesss….dusn’t matter if its slow…but want it to b effective…..

this weight losing thing is hard.i thot of losing 8 kilos widin 2 mtnhs..but i think….it will not b happeninggg.n i’m sad with my progress.n thn last nite i hurt my shoulder while doing some free hand exercises. everything is working against me.
its getting worse now…i dunno, whr i am getting things wrong.it worked so fine the fisrt two weeks.but no result on third weeek….and on the fourth weeeek runningg..second day of the 4th week…i c…i hve gained 1 kg.i’m not eating much…but thn y. well..i am excersing for the last 2 days….is it possible at the begiinng we gain a bit for exrcising…wellll….i’m crashed with the result…feeeeleing reaaaallly loww!!!!!!
not a kilo lost this weeeeek….y????? i hve restricted myself frm rich fooods n drinks…yet i din lose a single kilo….i’m sad.
i cn’t imagine myself widout coke for almost 2 weeek. did take a sip or 2…once or twice.but juss 2 weeeks back….i used to drink hardly a glass or two glasses of water…the rest of the time i depended on coke. n tht me…..is widout it. its juss hw much time u take to get used to thz junkiessss.
ok…so its working..mite b slow process….but i dun mind wid tht. the thing is i lost one more kilos again. by the past two week i lost 2 kg. i’m 74kg nw. yippi…..tht mins by end of april i’ll b 72.i kilo per week…sounds slow. but its easier and i am seeing positive result so far. so next week on my official day of weight check…i want to write on this board tht i’m 73. anyways…74,2 kilos lost. not bad, huh???
i had clear soup …n salted lassi…n plain dosa.i think i shudn’t hve plain dosa…is it fattening??
best thing…..i din drink any soft drinks….which i used to hve..arnd 5 to 6 cans a day…...n i din touch it even.gr8.tho i felt like hivng it at a point….but juss din let myself go for it.hope….i cn control it like this alwayss.
planned to lose…..1 to 1.5 kilos a weeek.tht means by the end of next mnth i will b losing arnd 8 to 9 kilos. sounds a lot…n 2 mnths=60 days…sounds long too….but the small target for every week…will keep me going.i did some excerising 2day..for abt 20 min. n i felt embarressed tht i cudn’t do more.hope tht i can increase the time limit, frm time to time.may b i cudn’t do much cuz i usually dun excercise. but i gess…..i can work it to higher time frm day to day.hope tht works.
