So. I made it to the gym 3 days last week. Barely. But it’s a good start.

Granted I’ve been sick for a few weeks. Still, I seriously fell off this particular wagon. I need to add this one back up on the list of things I need to work on.
Made it three times this week. Getting close to calling this one complete.
I was feeling good this week. I went three times and I was able to add a few sets to my workouts.
I went twice this week. This is good because it was Thanksgiving week – but I would like to try to keep up doing it 3x/week.
So, seeing the buttons on the right – I guess I should decide when “I’ve actually done this” or when I have to select “I give up”. So, here are my rules – I’ve done this when going to the gym or exercising at least three times per week is my default state. Meaning, I will have many more weeks saying “I did it” and fewer weeks saying “I fell short”. And if I either write nothing or do nothing for long periods of time (a month?) then I will have to select “I give up”. Barring any technical glitches or injuries or whatever.
I was able to go three times this week. Not the best workouts – I’d like to step it up next week.
I was feeling a little bit of back pain this week. So I only went to the gym once this week. I guess that that’s ok if I can somehow get back to 3x a week.

In addition to playing soccer – I want to hit the gym or exercise 3 times a week. I think I see myself adding information about exactly what that means up here just to keep me going. Because going to the gym is usually – SO FREAKING BORING.
