write a novel

...and can begin to write! I signed up for a course in novel writing about a year ago, thinking I had in mind exactly what I wanted, but when my tutor asked me if I really knew what the story was about after sending in the first idea, I began to question myself and took seven whole months to come around to the story again, thinking and throwing, abandoning ideas and forcing myself to commit to others. It’s finally completed, and I immediately feel liberated, though this is only a small step – I have “chapter one” to write next… but now I am officially on my way, and comitted to it!
