3-4 months ago I got a gym membership @ pure fitness. Then a couple weeks after that I got another membership at Meikos (thanks to the big fat family & corp. discount I only have to pay $15 a month) and now can work out with my family and a coworker.
Initially I was doing pretty good. Going almost everyday. Lately I go about 2-3 times a week. This certainly isn’t a bad thing since I haven’t worked out in years. I have noticed increased energy since I’ve been working out and always surprise myself when I look at the distance run and see 2 or 3 miles. It’s interesting how my body seemed to instantly adapt to working out.
I need a workout buddy though. It’s hard to always be the one to motivate myself
