print out four more workshop guides and add them to my book (iPhone, iPhoto, iPod)do another one-to-one on Leopard- think hard about measuring concierge performance; find a few people who might have good ideas about it; ask the concierges what they think; take notes
write down the first six questions from FBATR, memorize them- do all the iLearns on iPhone
